December 15, 2010 | By | 1 Comment

Aviv Cohn,
who goes by the moniker “the Widest Smiling Faces”, is a singer-songwriter from New York City who has released one independent self-titled album. Aviv talks about his experience playing with NY singer-songwriter David Peel & The Lower East Side Band, how he sees music in colors (a form of synesthesia), and we discuss work on his follow up album.  We also get to hear a lot of great music from Aviv, which you can download for free from Bandcamp. For more info check out links to his Myspace, and Facebook.  Aviv has just signed with Fluttery Records who will be releasing his new EP entitled “Rituals”.
